Scaffold Services  
Scaffold design is an integral part of the Companys service. All design work is conducted in accordance with BSEN 12811-1 and HSE guidance notes.

The majority of projects are designed in-house by the SEA has assembled a large library of drawings, reports and assessments - including load bearing and difficult access matters - which enable them to deal with most situations which arise.

The Company recognises that there will always be some projects which require the advice and expertise of a professional design service and in these circumstances SEA. refer to either of two such practices with whom they maintain contact.

Project Management  
At SEA Scaffolding, project management begins from the moment of first contact with the client.

From the outset, and particularly on receipt of project drawings, Management staff from SEA will liase closely with the clients staff and professional advisers in order to establish the most cost effective - yet high quality – method of completing the projects access requirements.

Cost estimates and Quotations are produced clearly and without delay and all aspects of fixed pricing can be discussed and reviewed before moving to a firm contract.

Effective communication is a vital component of SEA Scaffolding project management. SEA Managers make regular contact with the Clients site management team and any issues raised are dealt with quickly and in a spirit of cooperation.

On completion of the project S.E.A. will hold a final project review with the Clients site management during which all aspects of the project are covered. From these meetings the Company draws information which enables them to continually improve their quality of work and project management techniques.
